Shotmerce Early Access Privacy Notice

What we collect

When you join early access, Shotmerce collects your email address, primary sales channel, and estimated number of products per month.

Why we use it

We use this information only to manage the private beta, send beta invitations, and share essential launch updates. We do not sell this information.

How long we keep it

Early-access records are automatically deleted 12 months after their last update, unless a shorter period is required by law or you request deletion first.

Your choices

You may request access to, export of, correction of, or deletion of your early-access record at any time. Email hello@shotmerce.com.

Security and service providers

Records are stored in the Shotmerce WordPress database and are accessible only to authorized site administrators. Hosting and security providers may process data only as needed to operate the service.

Changes

If this notice changes materially, the form will show the new notice version before collecting new consent.
